Attitudes and Behaviour Towards Alcohol Survey 2009-2011. Methodology Report

This report outlines the methodology for the Alcohol Behaviour and Attitudes Survey (ABAS) from 2009-2011, for adults (aged 18 and over).

A number of reports have been compiled on ABAS, providing a snapshot based on combining the three years as well as summarising changes over time. These reports (which can be found at www.hpa.org.nz/research-library/research-publications) cover drinking behaviour related to the four weeks and the last drinking occasion, planning and assistance/help received, and attitudes and opinions towards alcohol.
