2018 New Zealand Mental Health Monitor: Questionnaire

The New Zealand Mental Health Monitor (NZMHM) is a nationally-representative survey, conducted for the first time in 2015.

This report is the questionnaire for the 2018 NZMHM which collected information about the mental health and wellbeing of New Zealand adults.
